Message	Here are the limits from when my car was previously registered/ smogged in CA (Nov 2008, Imperial Beach): 15 mph HC 84 ppm CO% .49 NO 692 ppm 25 mph HC 49 ppm CO% .46 NO 711 ppm Doesnt necessarily look like they are getting stricter- in comparing the numbers they're are all over the place.
